many hiking routes around the valleys and outside. |

The
Royal Trek |
| |
This is an easy, short trek that starts
from pokhara and offers good mountain views. This trek
is a good option if you don't have the time or energy
for a longer trek. It takes in the area to the northeast
of the valley's other two lakes, Begnas Tal and Rupa
Tal. There is no really demanding terrain to be covered
and the walk has some excellent views of the Annapurna
and Manaslu ramges.it has become known as the Royal
Trek after prince Charles walked this route. |
