Scenic Adventures or its staff or representatives
will not be held liable for any change or alteration
of programs due to inclement weather, delay or cancellation
of flights, landslides, avalanche, flood or any other
natural disasters, political disturbances, illness etc
which are beyond human control.
Any extra cost caused in above case should be borne
by the clients personally on the spot.
However, we try to compensate you by means of rearranging
the program with best possible alternatives.
For Nepal, Tibet and India tour, refund with 25 % deductions
(of total payment) is made if we receive the cancellation
request at least 14 days prior to commencement of your
tour. Cancellation request thereafter, is not entertained.
Kathmandu-Lhasa flight ticket, once issued is nor refundable.
Your voluntarily canceling or abandoning or deviating
from fixed program or canceling without notice can not
make us obliged to refund you in whatsoever form.
